Who We Are

We are an independent retail shop and artist studio, + events venue featuring locally made goods (and plants!). We are a space for San Francisco to come together and support local art and crafts. Whether you are looking for a gift for a special someone, a venue for your next private event, or a place to learn a new skill in one of our workshops - Common Space is here for you!

is to support local artist and makers + help everyone reconnect to the creative inside of them. We were all experts in play and imagination when we were children. Creating time and space to reconnect with that piece of us and play is what we are all about.

We host a wide range of events in our little shop. Everything from solo gallery shows with various artsists we call a pARTy to workshops to learn new skills.
