Join for a night of music, breathwork & connection in the Marina of San Francisco!

We’ll be using breathing techniques to bring your nervous system to a state of peace, calm & liberation 🫶🏼 

What to bring: water bottle, journal/pen, blanket, yoga mat. Dress comfortably (layers/loose clothing)
